Hello again. I saw a train this morning inside mu base for the first time but I couldn’t acces it and now is not there anymore. How can you access or start the train? Do I need to buy the Monthly pass?
I think only the alliance leader can start the train but I’m not sure 
You don’t need to buy the Monthly Pass for that. There are a few requirements but you should be able to participate daily once your leader chose a train conductor.

As others said, you don’t need to buy any pack to participate in the daily train event. There 2 types of trains, Regular and Express.
The Regular one becomes vizible in the train station at 00:00 server time every day. The Express one anyone can call it as long as they’ve bought the Express pack. So there’s one Regular train a day and up to 2 Express trains can be called.
For the Regular one, you and your alliance must meet these requirements:
- Have at least 20 members
- Be in the top 20 ranking alliances
- Have the Train Station building unlocked
- The Alliance Intercity Trade mode must me enabled on your server
- You must be member of any alliance for at least 24 hours
